The Loyaltynet proposition is based on ensuring that incentive programmes do not simply increase activity, but also that members are more effective at their job as a result of being part of the programme. Loyaltynet helps organisations to achieve increased channel sales, reward internal staff for achievement and also provides a unique method for targeting the SME market. This is done by providing our clients with a unique method of incentivising their dealers, resellers, partners, clients and staff, linked with product and sales effectiveness training. The Loyaltynet system allows companies to run their own branded sales incentive schemes as an extension of web portal or web site. This dramatically increases use of the portal. The system also blends e-learning into the incentive scheme based on 'Learn to Earn', whereby programme members are encouraged to learn more about products and services, as well as helping improve sales and customer service effectiveness. In many cases, companies already have existing e-learning programmes, which can be used in conjunction with the Loyaltynet system. |
