About Loyaltynet

Loyaltynet, a loyalty system specialist, was founded in 2004 to help companies achieve greater sales by incentivising their dealers, resellers and partners. The Loyaltynet system allows companies to run their own branded sales incentive schemes as an extension of their portal or web site. The system also blends e-learning into the incentive scheme based on its 'Learn to Earn' programme, which encourages key partners to learn more about the company's products and services, as well as helping improve sales and customer service effectiveness.

At the start of a project Loyaltynet works closely with clients to ensure that the loyalty programme is aligned to corporate goals. It then provides a full outsourcing programme including system configuration, hosting, administration and member support.

The team at Loyaltynet have a breadth of experience across multiple business disciplines acquired in a wide range of differing market verticals.

Members of the team have held senior roles in such organisations as Agfa, Bull Computers and Philips, as well as running and managing a number of smaller businesses, predominantly in the IT industry.

A core strength that runs through the Loyaltynet team is a practical knowledge and understanding of what it takes to bring people along with you and what makes people willing to give it their best shot. This has been acquired as a result of many years managing people and through experience of recognising the right (and occasionally the wrong) way to motivate.

This is then underpinned by our own attitudes towards business. It seems to us that every day someone somewhere is announcing the latest must have concept or strategy for your business. Now that is fine, and of course is something that could be said of Loyaltynet. But what we believe Loyaltynet also delivers, and is still very much in short supply, is people with the ability to effect change, to get things implemented, to make things happen. Put simply doing what we say we are going to do.
