VIRGIN ATLANTIC EXTENDS ONLINE AGENCY INCENTIVE PROGRAMMES WITH ADDITION OF SEVEN NEW E-LEARNING MODULES

Following a hugely successful pilot programme, Virgin Atlantic will now be able to reward travel agencies for completing training with regard to all aspects of Virgin Atlantic services.

Harwell, Oxfordshire — 9 July 2007 — Loyaltynet Ltd, a leading specialist in Partner Incentivisation Programmes, today announced a development to their agreement with Virgin Atlantic, who are seeking to significantly increase the effectiveness of their agency reward initiatives.

In combination with the conventional approach of rewarding bookings, Loyaltynet will help Virgin Atlantic by making agency partners more effective in how they promote Virgin Atlantic by combining learning with incentives based on 'Learn to Earn'. This will enable Virgin Atlantic to offer agents a range of exciting rewards as well as increasing agency sales.

Loyaltynet's e-learning partner, Train Easy, will develop a range of seven online tutorials to help agency staff better understand Virgin Atlantic's unique market differentiators. The areas to be covered will include Economy, Premium Economy, Upper Class as well as information about the airline's route network and loyalty programme. These tutorials will be accessed via the incentive programme allowing members to earn additional reward points for successful completion.

Paul Wait, General Manager Sales Europe at Virgin Atlantic said, "The success of the Loyaltynet pilot programme reinforced for us the benefits of combining training with incentivisation. Moving some of our incentives online will help agents to become more effective in how they promote Virgin Atlantic as well as allowing them to monitor their bookings and rewards much more easily."

Managing Director at Loyaltynet, Phil Thomson added, "We are delighted that Virgin Atlantic are now planning to rollout online incentivisation and training programmes to a wider agency audience. Programme members enjoy being rewarded for completing training as well as for increased bookings."

About Loyaltynet

Loyaltynet, The Partner Incentivisation Specialist, was founded in 2004 to help companies achieve greater sales by incentivising their dealers, distributors and resellers. The Loyaltynet web-based system allows companies to run their own branded online sales incentive programmes, as an extension of their portal, web site, or a specific micro site, and offers a wide range of exciting rewards. The Loyaltynet system blends training with the incentive programme, known as 'Learn to Earn', which encourages key partners to learn more about products and services, as well as increase sales and improve customer service effectiveness.

At the start of a project Loyaltynet works closely with clients to ensure that the blended incentivisation programme is aligned to corporate goals. It then provides a full outsourcing programme including system configuration, hosting, administration and member support.
