Press Release18 December 2007FUJITSU-SIEMENS COMPUTERS SET A UK IT INDUSTRY RECORD AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH LOYALTYNET AS A MAJOR CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO THEIR SUCCESS.
Harwell, Oxfordshire 18 December 2007 Fujitsu Siemens Computers has set a UK IT industry record by winning, for the third successive year, Systems Vendor of The Year and Vendor of The Year at the prestigious CRN Awards 2007, held in London at the end of November. During 2007 Loyaltynet provided the Talking Points and Talking Leads incentive programmes, which have been hailed as an exceptional success by both Fujitsu Siemens and their channel partners. Ian Leigh, Channel Development Manager at Fujitsu Siemens said "The Loyaltynet programmes have been an unprecedented success and undoubtedly contributed significantly to the recognition of our unparalleled commitment to the channel. Loyaltynet's understanding of the channel environment has meant that we have seen a five fold increase in membership and adoption of our partner incentive programmes compared with previous initiatives." About The ProgrammesFSC Talking PointsUsing their online accounts, members register Fujitsu Siemens sales and when they have accrued sufficient points are able to claim a range of exciting rewards from the online catalogue. As well as the more conventional products (supplied through John Lewis), members have also been able to choose Carbon Neutral Flights, Holiday Apartment Hire and most recently a range of environmentally friendly products. As with many Loyaltynet programmes, partner staff are encouraged to become more effective in how they sell products and services. Members are able to earn additional points by completing a range of online FSC product tutorials. FSC Talking LeadsMembers are rewarded for registering a lead on their account and thereby giving Fujitsu Siemens the opportunity to provide a competitive bid to help the member win the business. Once the deal has been won the member is rewarded based on the size of the sale. Even if the deal is lost, the member can still receive an additional reward by submitting a Loss Report, helping Fujitsu Siemens identify how they may be able to respond differently to partner opportunities in the future. About LoyaltynetLoyaltynet, The Partner Incentivisation Specialist, was founded in 2004 to help companies achieve greater sales by incentivising their dealers, distributors and resellers. The Loyaltynet web-based system allows companies to run their own branded online sales incentive programmes, as an extension of their portal, web site, or a specific micro site, and offers a wide range of exciting rewards. Programmes blend incentivisation with clients' existing product and sales training. Sales success is still rewarded, but programme members are also encouraged to complete product tutorials and sales training, making channel partners more effective in how they sell for both the short and long term. At the start of a project Loyaltynet works closely with clients to ensure that the blended incentivisation programme is aligned to corporate goals. It then provides a fully outsourced programme including system configuration, hosting, administration and member support.
