Loyaltynet introduces additional online resources to assist Fujitsu Siemens' channel partners

Harwell, Oxfordshire - 3rd June 2008

with over 500 partners registered on the Fujitsu Siemens Computers Talking Leads programme, Loyaltynet, the Partner Incentivisation Specialist company, has introduced additional functionality allowing resellers to provide even higher levels of detail about specific sales opportunities to FSC, so that the most competitive pricing can be guaranteed. Resellers also benefit from new style member accounts that provide them with a snapshot of the different status of all leads they have submitted to the programme. This gives resellers an instant view of all their leads/sales opportunities, showing which are under review by FSC, those which have been accepted and the reward value allocated to them for winning the business, as well as a summary of all leads which have been won, or lost, or have expired.

The FSC Talking Leads programme underpins Fujitsu Siemens Computers' PRIMERGY Promise campaign under which FSC will match any approved quote from Dell, HP, or IBM; provide partners with a 5% margin opportunity upfront in the quoted price; and will turn competitive quotes around in a maximum of 8 working hours.

Ian Leigh, Channel Development Manager at Fujitsu Siemens Computers said, "the outstanding success of Talking Leads has meant we have seen a week on week, month on month increase in the number of new business sales opportunities registered. The new version of the Loyaltynet programme, in conjunction with our Primergy Promise campaign, means that FSC can go even further in supporting our partners in their efforts to win business every time they are in a competitive situation".

About The Programme

FSC Talking Leads

Members are rewarded for registering a lead on their account and thereby giving Fujitsu Siemens the opportunity to provide a competitive bid to help the member win the business. Once the deal has been won the member is rewarded based on the size of the sale. Even if the deal is lost, the member can still receive an additional reward by submitting a Loss Report, helping Fujitsu Siemens identify how they may be able to respond differently to partner opportunities in the future.

About Loyaltynet
Loyaltynet, The Partner Incentivisation Specialist, was founded in 2004 to help companies achieve greater sales by incentivising their dealers, distributors and resellers. The Loyaltynet web-based system allows companies to run their own branded online sales incentive programmes, as an extension of their portal, web site, or a specific micro site, and offers a wide range of exciting rewards. Programmes blend incentivisation with clients' existing product and sales training. Sales success is still rewarded, but programme members are also encouraged to complete product tutorials and sales training, making channel partners more effective in how they sell for both the short and long term.

At the start of a project Loyaltynet works closely with clients to ensure that the blended incentivisation programme is aligned to corporate goals. It then provides a fully outsourced programme including system configuration, hosting, administration and member support.
